I use an empathetic approach to therapy assisting clients seeking a life they desire. I enjoy working with individuals and couples going through major life transitions like career change, job loss, divorce, or starting a family. I enjoy working with first-time dads, providing a space for processing this big life transition. I also help clients navigate through everyday struggles impeding on their lives like addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, job and relationship issues, loneliness, or past trauma.

I work with couples looking to improve communication, re-establish trust, break a cycle of conflict, or navigate through major life transitions like marriage or family planning. I also guide couples wanting support in ending a relationship.

I'm trained in trauma-based interventions, merging talk therapy, mindfulness and somatic work to help bring back mind-body balance after traumatic events. I utilize the trauma-based interventions Trauma Resiliency Model® and Community Resiliency Model®.

A Chicago native, I spent years in corporate America yearning for deeper life-meaning. Looking for an opportunity to provide service to others, I obtained a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles, a leading center of learning for individuals serious about practicing psychotherapy with social justice in mind.
