I foster a safe space to explore areas of self-identity, self-esteem and other existential matters. With an empathetic and caring approach, I support clients experiencing grief, anxiety or depression. I also work with clients looking to heal trauma wounds, kick an addiction, navigate difficult relationships and codependency, or overcome challenging life events. 

I enjoy working with first-time dads, providing a space for dads to navigate this significant life transition. What's bringing you, or as a couple, to therapy is unique as is the journey we'll take to reach your therapeutic goals.
